I wanted to drop you a note to let you know that I am very pleased with my Coastal Green Air System.
I have saved money in the three months since our installation, and have had positive feedback from
my guests. My unit is fully booked, without one empty night since early May. I am fully booked until mid
August, and have some other bookings pending. Below, please find the actual breakdown of my Gulf
Power bill for the last three months.April 2010 $225.30 – April 2011 $154.13
May 2010 $227.47 – May 2011 $155.63
June 2010 $343.11 – June 2011 $279.47This is a savings of $206.65. Thank you for your excellent customer service, and for getting me “going

Anyway, long story short, I got my first electric bill since the Coastal Green system was
installed and the results are amazing. I’m saving more than 1/3 this April/May from
the amount I paid in April/May 2010 with approximately the same occupancy rate, (I
can provide the figures if anyone is interested). At this rate I should recover the cost of the
system very quickly. Since the system costs about the same no matter the size of the condo,
(only costing about $50 per door for more doors), payback should be even better for larger
units.Jim
I would like to weigh in on behalf of Coastal Green Air and their products and I would
also like to address the service I have received from you as the distributor for them.I bought my unit at Calypso early on; as a matter of fact, I had a get-together in my
condo for some of the members who would be the board. At that time, they weren’t
actually board members because it was still developer controlled.In any case, trying to keep my power bill costs down, I looked into and bought your
Temp$aver system, (thermostat and door sensors), then, a few month later, bought
the Thermonator and Advanced Entry Door systems. I can tell you simply that
my power bills since purchasing all three systems, are 30-38% less each month,
(depending on the time of year), than they were prior to purchasing your systems.I would also like to say that you as the distributor, have given me the type of service
that I myself would like to think that I would give someone if I were in your shoes.
Basically, I figure you have treated me the same way you would like to be treated
and I appreciate that.As I have told you in the past, you can use my name as a reference for Coastal
Green Air products anytime and I am more than happy to give you this letter of

Dear Jeff,
For 5 years I have been renting two homes in Orange Beach weekly and have
had numerous calls for freeze ups. In the last few years I’ve spent at least
$1500 on a/c freeze ups. When I think about the beatings my a/c units and
all my appliances were taking it made my wallet scream. Three months ago I
contacted Coastal Green Air after staying at one of my rental homes in Orange
Beach and watching the renters at my other home pull 3 sliding doors open
and hearing my A/C compressor never shut off. I knew it was happening but
I didn’t want to see it. I have received my first two electric bills and
compared them to last year. My electric bill has gone down $184 already and
my worries are over. This was in Nov and Dec, as it gets hotter the savings
are going to be huge. At this rate I expect my Coastal Green Air system to
pay for itself by August. This is the smartest investment I have made in a
